This policy explains what personal data Coglyx collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and mobile apps.
Data we collect
Account data you give us directly: your name, email address and the answers you provide when we build your learning plan.
Usage data collected automatically: lessons started and completed, device type, browser, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
Payment data is handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of a successful payment and the last four digits of the card, never the full card number.
How we use your data
To create your account, personalise your learning plan, and track your progress.
To process subscriptions, send service messages, and respond to support requests.
To understand which lessons work and improve the product. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before using analytics or marketing cookies.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
We share data with processors who run the service on our behalf — hosting, analytics, email delivery and payments — under contracts that limit what they may do with it.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing.

Retention and security
We keep account data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterwards where we must for legal or accounting reasons.
We use encryption in transit, access controls and regular reviews to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.
