Subscription terms

Last updated: 14 September 2026

The plain-language version of how billing works. These terms sit alongside our Terms of service.

Billing and renewal

Subscriptions are charged up front and renew automatically at the end of each period — monthly or annually, whichever you chose — until you cancel.

We charge the payment method on your account. If a renewal payment fails we may retry it for a short period before suspending access.

Trials and introductory offers

Where we offer a trial or discounted first period, the price and duration are shown at checkout before you pay.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription at the standard rate, which we show you beforehand.

Cancelling

Cancel any time in your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not retroactively refund the current period.

You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store's subscription settings — we cannot cancel those on your behalf.

Price changes

If we change the price of your plan we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
